The Etosha Pan attracts wild animals and birds throughout the year which is why Etosha is Namibia’s most popular wildlife reserve. Predators and elephants roam the plains which make Etosha a great safari destination.

The world’s oldest dessert the Namib is famous because it has the highest sand dunes on earth that reach hundreds of feet into the sky and seem to go on for miles and miles. The Namib Naukluft National Park has the well known Sossuslvlei, the fresh water bird haven and unique species of plant that have adapted to live in the harsh environment of the area.

Namibia is also home to the eerie Skeleton Coast, a stretch of coastline scattered with old shipwrecks. The Skeleton Coast is a great area for sightings of Springbok, ostrich, oryx, hyena and the desert elephant, rhino and lion.

Damaraland is known to be one of the most scenic parts of Namibia and is a place of ancient rivers, high mountains, grassland and spectacular rock formations. Famous rock engravings and paintings give insight into the lives of the Bushman who lived there years ago.
